Barley Green Smoothie (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (375 ml) unsweetened oat milk

  • 1 medium banana (100 g)

  • 1 cup (30 g) spinach leaves

  • 1 tbsp (7 g) barley powder

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Tip: Freeze the banana beforehand for an extra thick smoothie.
