However, if your product has been misplaced a wrong item, we are happy to offer a replacement. To process this, please provide a screenshot or photo of the misplaced product within 48 hours of receipt.

Unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds will be issued for Affiliate Packages purchased (Copper Package, Silver Package, Gold Package, Platinum Package, Jade Package). We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

For any returns related to damaged products, please note that free return shipping is not available, and buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
