Ingredients

1 ½ cups (375 ml) unsweetened oat milk

1 medium banana (100 g)

1 cup (30 g) spinach leaves

1 tbsp (7 g) barley powder

1 tsp (5 ml) maple syrup (optional)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Tip: Freeze the banana beforehand for an extra thick smoothie.
